On May 27 to 31, 2024, our team completed four days teachers training at Shree Rastriya Basic School in Hanspatti, Nagarain-1, Dhanusha supported by Kids of Kathmandu. The project focused on integrating digital learning materials into the school, which involved establishing digital learning labs equipped with offline servers and low-powered Raspberry Pi computers. On the training local officials including the Deputy Mayor of the Municipality, ward chairperson, chief administrative officer, chief of the education unit and ward member were present.
1 school: A digital learning program was initiated at a basic school in Nagarain Municipality, Dhanusha, including teacher training and the setup of an RPi computer lab at the school.
1 offline server: Deployed and Installed one offline servers to ensure uninterrupted access to a wealth of educational materials, supporting learning even in areas with limited internet connectivity.
6 teachers trained: Initiated a robust training program, to enable effective integration of computer labs and digital resources into classroom teaching.
27 computers deployed and installed a lab: Installed computer labs in school, with the E-Paath platform, offering interactive, curriculum-aligned educational content to enhance student learning.
