Key Activities and Observations

Classroom Observation and Feedback: Teachers effectively integrated digital tools such as E-Paath, interactive learning games, and videos into their lessons. Students actively engaged with digital content using desktops, tablets, and smartboards. Post-class discussions allowed teachers to share experiences and receive targeted feedback to improve their teaching methods.

Technical Support and Server Updates: OLE Nepal updated E-Pustakalaya servers and installed the latest E-Paath software on school computers. Teachers received guidance on troubleshooting minor technical issues and downloading resources from the offline digital library.

Achievements and Challenges: The training highlighted significant achievements, including improved teacher confidence in ICT-integrated teaching, enhanced digital literacy among students, and increased use of digital learning resources. However, challenges such as power fluctuations, inadequate technical support, and large class sizes were identified. Schools were encouraged to implement structured ICT usage schedules and seek local support for technical improvements.

Sustaining Digital Learning Initiatives: The refresher training underscored the importance of ongoing mentorship and technical support to ensure sustained ICT integration in classrooms. Representatives from the Rotary Club of Tripureshwor and Phase Nepal also attended some sessions, enriching the discussions and support for teachers.

The program concluded with positive feedback from participants, reinforcing the impact of digital learning in enhancing classroom engagement and improving educational outcomes. Moving forward, OLE Nepal remains committed to providing continuous support and innovation in digital education across Nepal’s schools.
