With the support of The Phoenix Foundation, OLE Nepal is launching the Expanding Educational Access and Skills through Technology (EAST) project in twelve schools across the Karnali and Madhesh province. Aiming to enhance access to quality digital learning resources and creating a technology-enabled educational environment, this project will implement offline servers that host a wide array of educational resources, including E-Pustakalaya, E-Paath, and other learning software.

We are focused on enhancing existing activities and developing additional content for grade 6 to 8 in Math, Science and English, aligning with the latest curriculum standards.

We have surveyed the schools for project implementation in Karnali. The project will be introduced in 8 schools if Surkhet, Dailekh and Jumla. We are also preparing for the survey in Madesh Province. The survey will select 6 schools for the program from two local levels in Danusha district.

In the upcoming time, we are looking forward to the coordination with the local level regarding the preparation at schools that is going to take place along with the procurement of computers and related equipment. Testing, loading and preparing equipment for the deployment and conducting teacher training program.
