Reflecting on progress and achievements in 2024: Concluding the Year with the ONGD-LLEST Project
As 2024 comes to a close, we reflect on a year of progress, learning, and engagement through the LLEST (Empowering Local Communities through Local Language Education and Skill-Based Training) Project. Coming to the year end, our commitment remains the same, as we address Nepal's educational challenges focusing on the need for learning materials in local dialects for early childhood development and the issue related with the lack of free, quality resources for skill-based training. 2024 Midterm Project Updates for LLEST Project
The LLEST project tackles two major educational challenges in Nepal: the lack of local language materials for early childhood education and insufficient quality resources for skill-based training in rural areas. In 2024, our primary focus is on researching, designing, and planning 10 skills-based courses and developing a personalized learning platform, with significant progress made in laying the groundwork and establishing key partnerships in the first half of the year.
