iOCR Analytics Updates
Open Learning Exchange Nepal has recently updated the OLEN-iOCR platform based on feedback from users, and this has led to a significant boost in our community. Currently, around 500 active users use our platform on a regular basis, including users use our platform on a regular basis, including users from outside Nepal, including the USA, China, India and Brazil. The platform converts documents in English, Nepali or mixed languages to accessible formats, allowing vision impaired users to read scanned documents that are hard to make accessible using existing online free tools.

New Nepali Sign Languages (NSL) videos available in E-Pustakalaya
It is exciting to announce the addition of 63 new videos from the National Deaf Federation Nepal, specially created to help hearing impaired children easily learn in Nepali Sign Language. These fun and engaging videos cover Nepali grammar, interesting stories and letters, all in sign language. Perfect for making learning more accessible and enjoyable! Report from the field activities in Mustang and Dolpo
Our team, working on the Empowering Local Communities through Local Language Education and Skill-Based Training (LLEST) project, has completed its first field visit to two of the five schools being supported under the project: Siddhartha Kula Basic School in Tinje, Dolpo, and Ghami Solar School in Ghami, Mustang.
