E-Paath on mobile platforms
In our efforts to expand access to educational content to more learners, we have launched a pilot program for the deployment of E-Paath on android mobile. This initiative involved adapting the E-Paath activities to be responsive on smaller mobile devices, building of android apk, and aims to utilize mobile devices– which many families have access to unlike other computing devices like laptops or tablets– to deliver learning resources.

iOCR Updates
Open Learning Exchange Nepal has updated OLEN-iOCR based on user feedback which includes accessibility, FAQ, user guide and other. This free tool converts images and PDFs into editable Word documents and includes features like splitting PDFs and converting PDFs to image.

Product Design and Development Updates
Since 2023, our product team has been working to upgrade our E-Paath and E-Pustakalaya platforms, as well as developing the i-OCR platform and improving its performance and user experience. This work has continued into 2024.
