Hi, I am Fabian from Germany and I have had the pleasure to be an intern and volunteer at OLE Nepal for the last five months. I was part of the content creation team, where we developed video games that teach chapters of Nepal’s mathematics and science curriculum for years seven and eight. Teaching with technology resident’s experience in Jajarkot
I joined OLE Nepal’s teaching with technology residency program in 2018, after completing my Bachelor’s in Social Work and Psychology from Tribhuwan University. I was one for three teaching residents to support 15 laptop program schools in the remote district of Darchula.

Echoes of Darchula
While I decided to go to Darchula for the ‘Teaching with Technology Residency Program’, my excitement was mostly about visiting a new place in the remote far-western corner of Nepal. The only thing I knew about Darchula was that it was a district that shared its borders with both India and China.
